Downstairs decor remodel

Heres a Project I worked on this summer... Everyone knows I love to decorate its one of my favorite things to do while I have some freetime. I changed the theme to ocean to a pirate theme which didn't really change much, but you know me I love water. We got some decorating stuff from justins aunt when we helped her clear some stuff out when she moved I'm so greatful that she let us take it off her hands because it has been a great oppurtunity to decorate our house.

Football draft

My Husbands coworkers every year put together a fantasy football group together. My brother joined the group as well. I also tagged along with them both to hangout with the kids and also, so I didn't stay home alone it was actually a lot of fun. They also ended up having really good food as well along with the draft. During this draft I was tempted to join one next year it look like a fun game that you would play for a whole season. What could be better when you love to play games!!! This is a picture of their finished football draft... I know this is something that Justin loves to do, so I try to try to get to know more about it... Not going to lie its hard to love watching football, but with him it all makes it worth it. I guess even since he was about six years old Justin has loved football it just clicked in his head and he instantly fell in love with the game.

@ the zoo with my family

I'm so greatful that My inlaws decided to get a family zoo pass! I have been able to bring someone with me for free and kids under 2 are free as well whenever I wanted to go. It has been fun going to the zoo with justin having drill in salt lake its been a nice place to hangout if I want something to do. Last week my sister and I came with our kids and Michael my brother had the day off and was able to come hang out as well. And like Crystal Stated: "We just needed my baby sister and it would have completed the four of us... miss you Brittany" :)

It was a great day thanks for coming guys!!!

All The kids had a blast!!! My favorite were the seals and of course the elephants and giraffes because Abby found them facinating. My Sisters favorite of the day was the Giraffes. My sisters favorite picture was the grizzly bear staring at us from his bath and I also agree with her. I also liked the picture with the girls looking at the monkey from outside just a few feet away from them. The Hogle Zoo is also building a new big Savannah Safari exhibit. They also built a splash pad this summer for those hot summer days.

Girls camp

Girls Camp @ Bear Lake

Going to girls camp for the first time with 15 incredible girls, 6 leaders and two priesthood brethren... It was a great experience I cant even start to explain how great of time it was. It truly has been an amazing experience!!! I felt as though I was one of the girls at some moments it has been so much fun. This trip was so spiritual we had many opportunities to share are experiences we had with our testimonies on the gospel and our savior. I teared up many many times listening to all the girls and leaders...

Right before we arrived to bear lake we went hiking to explore the beautiful environment and to think about how much we are blessed to experience the opportunity to see all the beauty around us and what it does to change are perspective on things.

So because were cool we have invented shirt volleyball.. It was so much fun especially because we laughing the whole time. Our goal was that we had to bounce the ball with the volleyball and get the most passes that we could I believe we got to thirteen. Ha ha it was great!!! :)

On the way to the Minnetonka Caves we were able to take a picture of the Idaho sign... Some of the girls have never been out of state, so they were way excited to go to Idaho!!!

Minnetonka Cave is a fascinating 9-room cave of stalactites, stalagmites and banded travertine that was originally found by grouse hunters. Don't miss one of the most striking stalactites in the cave, called the Bride, known for its lacy appearance. Three stalagmites, over 10 feet high, have diameters of nearly four feet. Enjoy a guided 90-minute, half-mile walk into this beautiful cave. Be prepared for the 400 steps up and down in the cave and bring a jacket, since the cave is cool at about 40 degrees year round. The road up St. Charles Main Canyon is paved to the mouth of the cave.

Minnetonka Cave

The Minnetonka caves was a great experience spiritually we had sang songs in the room they call the theater room it brought so much life in the room. We also were told to hold onto the iron rod when we could not see where we were going and to trust if we hold onto it... It will lead us through the path we are supposed to be. We also were going up to the highest point up the stairs which was supposed to be walking up to the heavens gate. It was such a great experience... The whole trip was!!!
