Playing At The Hogle Zoo 2013

A couple weeks ago Crystal, Autumn, and I brought our kids to The Hogle Zoo... They all seemed to enjoy there time there with all the different animals around them. It was so much fun to get out of the house and hangout with my sister and Autumn and their kids. We went and saw all the cool Lego animals, monkeys, giraffes, seals, otters, bears, birds and more. We had lunch there and also attended a bird show which was sort of crazy... I think our kids were the only ones that couldn't keep still, but it was still fun while it lasted... I think that's when we realized it might be time to head home for their naps.     

Watching the kids play was such a great feeling... Being a stay at home mom having to entertain Abby all day can be draining, so when she can play on her own or play with the other kids... I don't know about you, but it makes my life so much easier.

Abigail has been around animals since the day she was born and loves being around them, especially Mckenzie (black Lab) and Weser (German Shepherd). Missy, Cookie and Captain are our full grown goats which are all really good to Abigail. Missy and cookie both had twins... Missy had hers on St. Patrick's day their names were Lucky charms (female) Patrick (Male). Cookie had her kids on my brothers birthday. Michael and Amanda named them Sparky (Male) Diamond (Female). before the kid goats were sold Abigail would go out to play with them. 

Animals don't greet the sun and say, ‘today will be better.’ It can only

reflect upon days of past experiences. It is our job to create a positive past.
